The factory is equipped with a range of hi-tech test equipment housed in ventilated, dustproof and anti-static workshops, ensuring the assemblies are produced to a high quality standard.

Equipment includes 6 SMT production lines, 8 insertion production lines and 5 assembly lines. 

All PCBAs are produced in accordance with their strict quality assurance system. The facility is certified to ISO9001:2000 quality assurance system and has been the member of SMTA (The Surface Mount Technology Association). 

As a pioneer in the introduction of electronic product lead-free production techniques, the company started producing lead-free electronic products in compliance with the lead-free criteria set out by the EU, U.S. and Japan in 2004. All products are tested for RoHS compliance.
